Notice to Merchants and Patrons of Downtown Overland Park!

According to Planning & Development, City of Overland Park:

Both the 7924 Santa Fe and 80th Street & Marty (Market Lofts) new construction projects will be starting in the next few months.

We will have two permanent staging areas and one temporary staging area in the DTOP area.

The two permanent ones will be the west half of the parking lot at 80th Street & Conser (probably will start to mobilize in April) and the other permanent lot will be the one south of 80th Street on Marty (probably will start to mobilize in June).

The temporary lot (to be used for two weeks) will be directly east of the Farmers Market off Marty (the tentative schedule shows late July-early August time frame).
