The architectural firm of incite Design Studio is on schedule for a new three story building on the lot that was formally the home of Gil Rumsey's Art Studio. The building will feature 8,600 square feet of retail / restaurant space on the first floor. The second floor will house 10,000 square feet of office space while the third floor will have four condominium units featuring a loft level master suite. The condos will have one of a kind views of Santa Fe Drive from their 750 sf roof top patios.

incite Design Studio recently relocated their offices to Historic Downtown Overland Park to oversee the project. Once completed, iDS plans to move into the new building.
